  Peter Abue is a Catholic Priest and a PhD graduate of Cornell University, Ithaca NY, His research bordered on the role of Church-based organzations as poverty eradication agents in developing countries. Fr. Peter also holds a bachelor’ degree in theology from Urban University, Rome, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh. He was a recipient of the SUNY research Award and the Provost’s Diversity Fellowships while in Cornell University. In Nigeria he is engaged in Pastoral work, and community-oriented projects. Presently he is a Parish Priest in Ipong Obudu and coordinates the work of CORAfrica in NIgeria.
